Redeem Charm Value

Charm value redemption is a virtual asset conversion function provided by the BatChat platform for users. You can exchange accumulated charm value for BF coins (platform general virtual currency) at a fixed ratio, used to purchase special IDs, avatar dressing, membership services and various other value-added items. The redemption operation is flexible and convenient, converting your social influence into actual usable assets.

Redemption Process

1. Enter 'My' - 'BatChat Mall' → 'Avatar Zone' → 'Tipping Center';
2. On the Tipping Center page, find the charm value area, click the 'Redeem' button;
3. Enter the amount of charm value you want to redeem (minimum unit is 100);
4. Confirm redemption, BF coins arrive immediately, charm value is deducted, redemption is complete.

Redemption Rules

1. Redemption Ratio: 10 points of charm value can be exchanged for 0.8 BD coins;
2. Minimum Redemption Unit: 100 points of charm value, and each redemption must be integer multiple of 100 (100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, etc.);
3. Fragmented charm value (less than 100 points) can be accumulated to 100 points before redeeming.

Note:

1. Charm value currently has no validity period limit, you can choose to redeem at any time without worrying about expiration;
2. After charm value is exchanged for BF coins, it cannot be exchanged back.

Impact of Redemption on Charm List Ranking

The impact of charm value redemption on Charm List ranking depends on the relationship between the amount you redeem and historical charm value in your account (not charm value obtained on the day):

1. Historical Charm Value ≥ Redemption Charm Value: Redemption will prioritize deducting historical charm value, not involving charm value for the day, ranking is not affected;
2. Historical Charm Value < Redemption Charm Value: After deducting all historical charm value, the insufficient part is deducted from charm value for the day, ranking may drop or fall out of the list;
3. Example: User A has total charm value of 5000, obtained 500 points of charm value on the day
   • User A redeems 1000 points of charm value, ranking is not affected;
   • User A redeems 5000 points of charm value, directly falls out of the list.

FAQ

1. How to ensure redemption does not affect ranking?

Ensure redemption quantity ≤ your historical charm value.

2. Can I transfer charm value to friends?

No. Charm value is limited to personal account use, does not support gifting or transfer.
