Manage Owned Dressing
'All purchased clothing, makeup, hairstyles, accessories, backgrounds, featured sets, etc. are displayed and managed here centrally. You can view, wear, renew, or organize your dressing assets at any time. For some limited-time dressing with validity periods (currently only featured sets), you can also perform renewal operations here to extend the usage duration.
View Owned Dressing
- Enter 'My' - 'BatChat Avatar', click 'My', switch to 'Owned', you can view all purchased dressing;
- Dressing will display remaining validity period: permanent or show remaining days.
Renew Featured Sets
In the 'Owned' page, find the featured set you want to renew, select that set, click the 'Renew' button to enter the renewal page;
Method 1: Direct Purchase Renewal
- Enter the renewal purchase page for this featured set;
- Select the validity duration you want to add, click 'Buy Now';
- Select payment method (balance payment/WeChat/Alipay), after successful payment, the validity period of this featured set will be automatically extended by the corresponding duration.
Method 2: Use Avatar Coupon Renewal
- On the renewal purchase page for this featured set, click 'Use Avatar Coupon';
- The system automatically detects whether you have avatar coupons applicable to current featured set in your card pack;
- If there are available avatar coupons, jump to the 'Coupon List' page, select an available avatar coupon;
- Click 'Use', after confirming use, the system deducts this avatar coupon, the validity period of this featured set will be automatically increased by the corresponding duration (subject to coupon description);
Each avatar coupon has a designated applicable set and cannot be used across sets.
Dressing Expiration Handling
- When the validity period of a featured set reaches the deadline, the system will automatically remove this set for you;
- After removal, this set will no longer be displayed externally (personal profile page, chat scenarios, recommended plaza, etc. will no longer display), and privileges enjoyed will also expire (such as: sending Big Shot Arrival emoji, setting Idle Quote, level acceleration effects).
FAQ
No. Currently only featured sets support limited-time purchase and renewal, other dressing types are permanently valid and can be used permanently after purchase.
Possible reasons:
- Current dressing is not a featured set (regular dressing does not need renewal);
- This featured set is a permanent purchase version.
Yes. You can purchase multiple featured sets and view all in 'Owned'. But only one can be worn at a time, switching wearing does not affect the remaining validity period of each set.
Purchase by yourself or receive as gift from friends.
