Set Background

'Avatar Background' is a personalized feature that provides display scenes for your 3D virtual avatar. By setting different style backgrounds, you can enrich the visual hierarchy of your avatar, making personal profile pages, avatar homepages and other display areas more atmospheric and expressive.

Setting Process

1. Open BatChat App, enter 'My' - 'BatChat Avatar';
2. Click to switch to the 'Background' category below the avatar dressing page;
3. Click any background card, your 3D avatar will load this background in real-time, showing the matching effect;
4. If you already own this background, directly click 'Save' to complete the setting.

Background Acquisition Methods

1. Method 1: Featured Set Gift (cannot be purchased directly): These backgrounds can only be obtained by purchasing specific featured sets, as set gift content, can only be unlocked by obtaining the corresponding set;
2. Method 2: Direct Purchase: Except for set gift backgrounds, other backgrounds support direct purchase, after purchase the background is permanently valid;

Background Display Scenarios

1. Personal Profile Page Avatar Area: On your personal profile page, in the 3D avatar display area, all friends or other users visiting your personal profile page can see this background;
2. Full-screen Avatar Homepage: On the personal profile page or avatar-related locations, click the avatar area to enter your full-screen avatar homepage, where your set background will be displayed.

When you set an avatar status (such as selecting 'exercise' status through the 'Status' function), the system will prioritize ensuring the visual performance of the status, temporarily hiding the background, after the status expires, the original background automatically takes effect.

FAQ

1. Can gift backgrounds be purchased separately?

No. Backgrounds gifted with featured sets are exclusive gifts and do not support separate purchase. To obtain, you need to purchase the corresponding featured set.

2. Do backgrounds and avatar sets need to be used together?

No. Backgrounds and avatar sets are independent, you can freely match any owned background with any owned avatar dressing.
