Why Am I Not Receiving Message Notifications?​

Main Reason: Some mobile phone systems automatically clean up software running in the background after the screen goes black, causing BatChat to be unable to receive new messages normally. You need to set BatChat as a background-running application.

To ensure BatChat can stably receive messages while running in the background, Android phones need to complete the following system permission settings. Please complete the settings according to the page display in BatChat APP under "My" - "Settings" - "Notifications" - "App Protection Settings".
