- Feature Entry: Find 'BatChat Customer Service' in the 'Contacts' list, and you can send messages to consult questions just like chatting with friends;
- Human Service Hours: Daily 9:00-22:00.
Consultation Methods
- Quick Reply: To improve consultation efficiency, the customer service chat window has a preset 'Questions you might want to ask' quick reply area. You can directly click on common questions to get standard answers without waiting for human customer service;
- Transfer to Human Customer Service: If common questions cannot solve your doubts, please click 'Human'. After human customer service connects, they will proactively greet you and start service.

Complaint About Customer Service
- If you are not satisfied with the customer service attitude, reply quality, or handling results, you can file a complaint through the 'Complaint' function. The platform will review immediately upon receiving the complaint, and will deal with it seriously once verified;
- Complaint process:
- In the chat window with 'BatChat Customer Service', click the '+' button on the right side of the input box;
- Click 'Complaint', select the complaint reason and upload relevant chat records (the system supports selecting chat records and using system screenshots);
- After confirming the complaint reason and evidence are correct, click 'Submit' to complete the complaint.
- Please ensure the complaint content is true and valid, malicious complaints may affect account usage;
- It is recommended to retain complete conversation records as evidence;
