Submit Feedback

'Problem Feedback' is an opinion collection and communication channel officially provided by BatChat for users. You can submit problems encountered during use, function optimization suggestions, new function requirements, etc. through this function. After submission, staff will check and handle it in time. You can check the processing progress at any time and supplement information to achieve efficient two-way communication.

Submit Feedback

  1. In 'My' - 'Help & About' - 'Problem Feedback', click 'New Feedback' in the upper right corner;
  2. Fill in the feedback content (please describe the problem or suggestion you encountered in as much detail as possible). If needed, you can upload pictures/videos for explanation;
  3. After confirming the content is correct, click the 'Submit' button in the upper right corner of the page, and the feedback is submitted successfully.

Supplement Feedback and Check Processing Progress

  1. When your feedback is in 'Processing' status, you can click to enter the feedback details page, click the 'Supplement Feedback' function in the upper right corner to improve the content and submit,
  2. After submitting feedback, click any feedback in the 'Problem Feedback' list to enter the feedback details page to check the current status;
    • Processing: Feedback has been submitted and is being processed, please wait patiently;
    • Completed: Feedback processing is complete, official reply or solution has been given.

Please do not fill in personal sensitive information in the feedback, such as account passwords, payment passwords, bank card numbers, etc. Staff will not ask you for passwords or other sensitive information through feedback.

Usually there will be a reply within 1-3 working days. Complex issues may take longer, please wait patiently.

After submission, the original content cannot be directly modified, but you can add new information through 'Supplement Feedback'.
