Recharge Balance

BatChat balance is a general virtual asset within the platform, which can be used to purchase various value-added services of the BatChat platform. Balance recharge is convenient and flexible to use, and is an important tool for you to enjoy paid services in the BatChat ecosystem. Balance is for personal use only, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, ensuring asset security and controllability.

Balance Viewing and Usage

1. Viewing path: You can view your current balance and balance income and expenditure details for the past 3 months through 'My' - 'BatChat Mall' - 'BatChat Balance'.
2. Usage: Balance can be used to purchase paid value-added services within the BatChat platform, including but not limited to: special IDs, BatChat avatar costumes, avatar monthly cards, etc.;

Balance Acquisition Methods

Recharge Balance

1. Recharge ratio: 1 yuan = 1 balance (1:1);
2. Recharge process:
   1. Enter the 'BatChat Balance' page;
   2. Enter or select recharge amount (must be integer);
   3. Click 'Confirm Payment', select payment method (WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.);
   4. After completing payment, balance is credited immediately;

1. The maximum recharge amount limit is subject to the page prompt;
2. Refunds are not supported after successful recharge;
3. If payment fails, please check the network or contact customer service for handling.

Charm Value Exchange for Balance

1. Exchange ratio: 10 charm points = 0.8 balance;

Please note: Charm value exchange for balance is irreversible, cannot be exchanged back to charm value after exchange.

Balance Usage Rules

1. For personal use only: Balance is for recharging account personal use only, cannot be transferred, cannot be gifted to others;
2. Cannot be withdrawn: Balance does not support withdrawal or conversion to cash, recharged balance cannot apply for refund or transfer to bank card/payment account;
3. Cannot be transferred: Balance does not support transfer to other accounts;
4. Validity period: Balance valid for a long time, no mandatory expiration time;

FAQ

1. I recharged the wrong amount, can I apply for a refund?

Refunds are not supported after successful recharge. Please carefully check the amount before recharging, confirm it is correct before paying.

2. Can balance be transferred to friends?

No. Balance is for personal use only, does not support transfer, gifting or withdrawal.

3. Will balance expire?

Currently balance is valid for a long time, no mandatory expiration time. If there are policy adjustments, the platform will announce in advance.
