VIP/SVIP(1-11)

BatChat App provides two tiers of membership services to meet the needs of different users.

VIP Membership (Basic Membership)

1. Activation method: Directly purchase VIP membership or use VIP membership coupon;
2. Activation process:
   1. Enter 'My' - 'Member Center', click 'Activate Membership';
   2. Select activation duration: 1 month VIP, 3 months VIP, 6 months VIP, complete payment;
   3. Or click 'Use Exchange Coupon', jump to the membership coupon list, use VIP membership coupon to activate VIP.

Please note: Continuously activating VIP multiple times will extend the VIP validity period, but will not accumulate membership level to SVIP.

SVIP Membership (Advanced Membership)

1. Activation method: First need to activate 1 year SVIP, then upgrade SVIP level by using corresponding number of SVIP coupons;
2. Level range: SVIP1 - SVIP11;
3. Upgrade mechanism: Upgrade by accumulating SVIP growth points, SVIP growth points need to be obtained by consuming SVIP membership coupons (1 SVIP coupon = 100 growth points);
4. SVIP growth upgrade system:

Note: If SVIP expires and is not renewed, 10 growth points will be deducted daily. When growth points drop to 0, SVIP level drops to 0, and reactivation is required.

5. SVIP upgrade operation process:
   • Method 1: Directly enter 'BatChat Mall' - 'Membership Coupon' list, use SVIP coupons until growth points reach upgrade requirements, will automatically upgrade;
   • Method 2: If currently already SVIP, directly enter 'Member Center' click 'Upgrade Membership', find the SVIP level you want to upgrade in the 'Quick Upgrade' popup, click 'Upgrade', you can quickly batch use SVIP coupons to upgrade.

Rules for Duration When Both VIP and SVIP Are Activated

1. When you have both SVIP and VIP membership identities, SVIP duration is consumed first. When SVIP membership duration is exhausted, VIP duration begins to be consumed.
2. Example: Assuming your VIP validity period ends on August 1, 2024, if you activate 1 year SVIP on July 1, 2024, you will enjoy SVIP membership services first, valid until July 1, 2025. When your SVIP expires, you will continue to enjoy the remaining 1 month of VIP membership services, valid until August 1, 2025.

FAQ

1. Can VIP be upgraded to SVIP?

Yes, but you need to purchase separately or use SVIP membership coupons to activate, VIP duration will not be automatically converted to SVIP.
