Coupon Transaction History

The coupon transaction history function is your coupon activity record center, clearly displaying income and expense flows of coupons for the past year. Whether it's purchase, gifting, synthesis, dismantling, or other operations, you can find detailed records here, helping you fully grasp coupon dynamics.

Main Functions

1. View Entry: Click "My" - "BatChat Mall" - "Transaction History";
2. Transaction Types:
   • Income records (displayed in green): Purchase coupons, gifts from others, lottery wins, grabbing bat bags, etc.;
   • Expense records (displayed in red): Use coupons, gift to others, send福bags, etc.;
3. Data Range: Past year coupon records;
4. Supports searching related records by entering user ID/group ID, and can also filter by type (income/expense) and time interval.

FAQ

1. Why can't I see my coupon gifting records?

It will only be displayed after the other party actually claims. If the other party does not claim or has recalled, it will not be recorded.

2. Can't search for records of a certain friend?

Please confirm: 1. Enter correct ID 2. Have coupon transactions with this friend in the past year.
