Craft Coupons

The coupon crafting function allows you to combine multiple low-value coupons into one high-value coupon, optimizing your coupon inventory management and improving usage efficiency through flexible resource integration and allocation.

Craft SVIP Coupon

1. Crafting Rules:
   • Every 12 months of VIP duration crafts 1 SVIP annual coupon (for example, 12 1-month VIP coupons can craft 1 SVIP annual coupon);
   • 1-month, 3-month, 6-month VIP coupons, etc. all support crafting SVIP coupons. Multiple coupons can be crafted together. The portion less than 12 months will be retained (for example, checking VIP coupons with a total duration of 15 months, can craft 1 SVIP coupon and retain 3 months of VIP coupon);
2. Operation Process:
   1. Enter "BatChat Mall" - "Craft SVIP";
   2. Click to check VIP coupons for crafting (supports select all);
   3. Click the "Craft" button and confirm. Crafting is complete, coupon quantity updates;
   4. After successful crafting, can click "Craft Record" in the upper right corner to view results.

Craft Discount Coupon

1. Discount Coupon Types that can be crafted: 50% off coupon, 40% off coupon, 30% off coupon, 20% off coupon;
2. Crafting Ratio: 10 low-level discount coupons craft 1 high-level discount coupon. For example, 10 10% off coupons craft 1 20% off coupon, and so on;
3. Important Restrictions:
   • Must craft level by level, cannot skip-level craft;
   • Can only craft in whole quantities of 10 (for example: you have 21 20% off discount coupons, can craft 2 30% off coupons, leaving 1 20% off coupon that cannot be crafted);
   • Crafting method is batch crafting, will consume all craftable discount coupon quantities;
4. Operation Process:
   1. Enter "BatChat Mall" - "My Coupons", click "Craft Discount Coupon";
   2. System automatically calculates and displays the coupon types and quantities you can craft;
   3. Click the "Craft" button and confirm. Crafting is complete, coupon quantity updates.

Craft Experience Coupon

1. Experience Coupon Types that can be crafted: 100 XP coupon, 200 XP coupon, 1000 XP coupon;
2. Crafting Rules:

Craft Target	Consumption Plan
1000 XP Coupon	Plan 1: 2 500 XP coupons; Plan 2: 5 200 XP coupons
200 XP Coupon	2 100 XP coupons
100 XP Coupon	2 50 XP coupons

3. Crafting method is batch crafting, will consume all craftable experience coupon quantities. Insufficient portions will be automatically retained (for example: you have 9 50 XP coupons, can craft 4 100 XP coupons, leaving 1 50 XP coupon that cannot be crafted);
4. Operation Process:
   1. Enter "BatChat Mall" - "My Coupons", click "Craft Experience Coupon";
   2. System automatically calculates and displays the coupon types and quantities you can craft;
   3. Click the "Craft" button and confirm. Crafting is complete, coupon quantity updates.

Validity Period of Crafted Coupons

1. Crafted discount coupons/experience coupons have a fixed validity period of 30 days. The start time takes the most recent expiration time among the coupons used for crafting;
2. Crafted SVIP coupons are permanently valid.

FAQ

1. Can coupons in gifting status be crafted?

No, must wait for gifting to complete or be returned.

2. If I have 13 months of VIP, will the remaining 1 month disappear after crafting?

No, 1 month of VIP coupon will be retained, only 12 months are consumed.
