My Points
BatChat points are virtual equity assets provided by the platform for users. Users can obtain point rewards through various behaviors such as consumption and interaction, and can participate in points lottery in the points mall, or use them for friend tipping, group chat red packets, group check-in rewards and other social scenarios. Points are not only the platform's feedback to active users, but also provide more diverse ways of expression for interaction between users.
Points Viewing and Acquisition
Points viewing path: You can view your current points balance and points details in 'BatChat Mall' - 'Points Zone' - 'My Points';
Acquisition Methods
- Consumption Points:
- Users recharge or purchase any paid services within the platform (including but not limited to membership, coupons, bubbles, special IDs, group special IDs, personal special ID services, etc.), and receive 10x points return based on actual consumption amount;
- Every 1 yuan consumed = 10 points, example: Purchasing a membership service worth 78 yuan, you can get 780 points;
- Points will be credited immediately after successful payment, viewable in 'My Points'.
- Invitation Points:
- After users successfully invite new users to register BatChat accounts, they can get 10% of the invited user's daily consumption points as rebate daily. For example: Friend A you invited consumes 50 yuan today, gets 500 consumption points, you will get 50 points invitation reward;
- Rebate points are automatically settled daily, viewable in points details;
- Only within 30 days after invitation, no points will be obtained after 30 days.
- Friend Tipping:
- Users can receive points gifted by others through the friend-to-friend points tipping function;
- No need to claim received tips, points will directly enter account balance.
- Points Red Packet: Users can obtain points by receiving points red packets distributed by others in group chats or receiving friend mass-sent points red packets;
- Group Check-in:
- Group owners can enable check-in function in group settings and set check-in points reward amount, group members can get corresponding points rewards after completing check-in in the group chat daily;
- Group members can only check-in 1 time per group per day, each person can receive check-in points rewards in up to 3 groups per day.
Points Usage
- Points Zone Activities: Can participate in points double win, points lottery, points treasure hunt and other activities in 'My' - 'BatChat Mall' - 'Points Zone', consume points to win more rewards:
- Single Chat Tipping Gift: Can click '+' - 'Tip' in the single chat interface, select points amount, directly gift points to friends;
- Group Chat Points Red Packet: Can click '+' - 'Points Red Packet' in the group chat interface, set total red packet points and quantity, distribute to group members to receive;
- Group Owner Set Check-in Points Reward: Can enable check-in points reward for groups you create, motivate group members to complete check-in, thereby improving group chat activity, detailed setting rules see Check-in Points Setting.
Notes:
- Points are not cash assets: BatChat points are for platform use only, have no cash value, do not support withdrawal, transfer or exchange for cash;
- Points validity period: Points are valid for a long time. If rules are adjusted, the platform will announce the points validity policy in advance;
- Right to adjust rules: The platform reserves the right to interpret, optimize and adjust points acquisition rules, consumption scenarios, activity gameplay, etc., specifically subject to the platform's latest announced rules.

Consumption points are credited immediately. After successful payment, you can immediately view the points amount obtained from this consumption in 'My Points'.
