Special ID is an exclusive identity identification service provided by BatChat for users. After users register and obtain a random ID, they can independently choose their preferred ID number through the Special ID Mall. After purchase, they can replace the original user ID and obtain a series of exclusive premium privileges. Special ID not only showcases unique identity but also improves users' growth efficiency and visual recognition within the platform.

Special ID Acquisition

1. Source: The initial ID obtained after user registration is randomly generated by the system. Special IDs need to be purchased through the "Special ID Mall";
2. Mall Browsing: In the mall, you can filter and browse available Special ID numbers by number type (such as consecutive numbers, sequential numbers, etc.), price range, etc.;
3. Purchase Process:
   1. Enter "BatChat Mall", click "Purchase Special ID" in the Special ID section;
   2. Browse or search for your favorite Special ID, click to view details;
   3. Confirm the number and price, complete payment;
4. After successful purchase:
   • After purchasing the Special ID and successful payment, your user ID will be immediately automatically replaced with the new Special ID, the original ID will be recycled by the system;
   • The purchased Special ID will permanently belong to your account. Unless you actively operate to purchase a new Special ID for replacement.

Tip: In addition to directly purchasing Special IDs for replacement, you can also purchase "Special ID Coupons". Special ID Coupons will be stored in your "Coupon Center" and can be activated for personal use or gifted to friends at any time.

Special ID Privileges

After purchasing and successfully replacing the Special ID, immediately enjoy the following exclusive benefits:

1. User ID changed to the Special ID you purchased;

Customize Exclusive Special ID

1. If there is no Special ID you like in the Special ID Mall, you can contact customer service to customize it for you;
2. Operation Process:
   1. Find online customer service in the "Contacts" list;
   2. Provide the specific number you want to customize to customer service (e.g.: 123456);
   3. Customer service will check if the number is available. If available, will inform you of the customization price;
   4. After you confirm the quote, customer service will list the number in the Special ID Mall. You need to complete the purchase as soon as possible, otherwise the number may be purchased by others.

FAQ

1. After purchasing a Special ID, will my chat history and friend relationships be affected?

Not at all. Only your user ID (i.e., account number identifier) is changed. All account data (chat history, friend list, groups, assets, etc.) will be completely retained and seamlessly associated with the new ID.

2. If I really like my previous random ID, can I switch back?

No. Once the Special ID purchase and replacement is successful, the original ID will be recycled by the system and cannot be switched back or reused. Please consider carefully before choosing a new Special ID.
