Appeal a Banned Account

When your BatChat account is temporarily or permanently banned for violating platform rules, the system will display a ban notification and forcibly log you out. During the ban period, you cannot log in to use the BatChat APP. Please carefully read the ban-related information. If you have questions about the ban result, you can file an appeal.

Ban Types

1. Short-term Ban (30 minutes or 1 day)
   1. Characteristics: Has a specific unban time; wait for automatic unban
   2. Common reasons: Minor violations, first-time violations
2. Long-term Ban (7 days to 30 days)
   1. Characteristics: Has an unban time but with a longer cycle; if you believe it's a mistake, please appeal promptly
   2. Common reasons: Moderate violations
3. Permanent Ban
   1. Characteristics: No unban time, displays "Permanent Ban"; must appeal to attempt restoration
   2. Common reasons: Serious violations or repeated violations

Appeal Process

1. On the ban page, click "If you disagree with the ban result, click to appeal" to enter the appeal form page;
2. Fill in appeal information:
   1. Appeal reason (required, recommended 200-500 words): Please state in detail in chronological or causal order;
   2. Appeal attachments (optional, maximum 3 images): Upload image evidence related to the appeal;
3. After submitting the appeal, please wait patiently for the review team to process:
   1. If the appeal is approved, the ban will be lifted;
   2. If the appeal is rejected or requires modification, the ban status will remain unchanged. The reviewer will inform you of the reason. Please click "If you disagree with the ban result, click to appeal" to enter the appeal result list to view the reason. Click "Reply" in the upper right corner to supplement appeal content and attachments;
