Boost Moment​

"Circle Boost Card" is a dedicated item for increasing moment exposure. After use, your moment will be displayed in the pinned exposure position of the "Recommended Moments" list, gaining more exposure opportunities. It is suitable for users who want to expand the influence of their content.

How to Get a Circle Boost Card​

  1. Circle Boost Cards are obtained by exchanging lottery draws. Entry path: "BatChat Mall" - "Points Lottery" - "Lottery Benefits", find the Circle Boost Card, then tap "Claim";
  2. Claiming rule: 50 lottery draws can be exchanged for 1 Circle Boost Card.

Which Moments Can Use a Boost Card​

To use a boost card, a moment must meet all of the following conditions. If any condition is not met, the boost card cannot be used:

  1. Publish time: Published no more than 30 days ago;
  2. Visibility: Must be public;
  3. Anonymous status: Must not be anonymous;
  4. Review status: Must have passed review.

How to Use a Circle Boost Card​

  1. Entry 1: Use from BatChat Mall - Coupon Center
    1. Go to "My" - "Coupon Center" - "Circle Boost Card";
    2. Tap "Use" to enter the moment selection list;
    3. Select an eligible moment and confirm use.
  2. Entry 2: Use from your personal Circle profile
    1. Go to your personal Circle profile;
    2. Tap "..." in the upper-right corner of an eligible moment;
    3. Select "Use Circle Boost Card" and confirm use.

  1. View exposure count: After use, you can view the exposure count of the boosted moment on your personal Circle profile.

Exposure Rules​

  1. Exposure position: The moment appears as the first item in the "Circles" - "Recommended" list. This is the exposure position and is visually distinguished from other moments;
  2. Exposure count:
    1. Each boost card adds 3000 exposures to a moment, meaning it is shown to 3000 different users;
    2. The same user is counted only once. After a user sees the moment, leaving and re-entering the Recommended list will not count another exposure for that user;
    3. After exposure ends, the moment automatically leaves the exposure position.
  3. Add more exposures: Moments currently being boosted can use additional boost cards to increase the total exposure count.

If you delete a moment while it is being boosted, the boost card will not be returned. Please confirm the moment content before using a boost card.

FAQ​

1. How is exposure count calculated?

1 exposure = 1 different user seeing your moment in the Recommended list. Multiple views by the same user count only once.

2. Can a moment use another boost card after exposure ends?

Yes. As long as the moment still meets the usage conditions (published within 30 days, etc.), you can use a new boost card again.

3. Why doesn't my moment meet the usage conditions?

Please check whether it was published more than 30 days ago, whether it was posted anonymously, whether visibility is public, and whether it passed review and has not been blocked.

4. Can I gift a Circle Boost Card to a friend?

Like other coupons, Circle Boost Cards support gifting. You can select "Gift" in Coupon Center to give one to a friend.
