Featured Moments​

"Featured Moments" is a personalized exposure feature provided by BatChat Rewards Center. You can spend points and meet specific requirements to appear in Featured Moments and receive 24 hours of platform-wide display. While listed, more users can see you, increasing influence and interaction opportunities.

  1. Display location: "Discover" - "Rewards Center". Currently recommended users are displayed in a carousel at the top of the page. Tap "View More" to view the full list;
  2. Purpose: Helps more users see you, increasing exposure opportunities and platform influence.
  1. Requirements:
    • XP coupons used today: >= 2000 XP coupons;
    • Available account points: >= 10000 points;
  2. Process:
    1. Go to "Discover" - "Rewards Center" and find the "Featured Moments" module;
    2. Tap "Get Featured". The system automatically checks whether you meet the requirements;
    3. If requirements are met, the page displays "Congratulations! You meet the requirements to get featured". Tap "Confirm Featured" and confirm;
    4. After successful listing, return to the Featured Moments module. Your moment appears in the recommendation list for 24 hours.
Featured process
  1. Valid period: After successfully getting featured, the moment remains displayed for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it is automatically removed from the recommendation list;
  2. Display location and content: Displayed in a carousel at the top of the Rewards Center. Content includes each user's avatar, nickname, ID, and other profile information;
  3. View full Featured Moments list: In the "Featured Moments" module, tap "View More" to see all featured users.

The first time you enter the full Featured Moments list each day, you can claim a "5 XP" reward. Multiple entries on the same day do not grant repeated rewards.

FAQ​

1. Can it renew automatically after 24 hours?

No. Automatic renewal is not supported. To be listed again, you must meet the requirements again and spend points.

2. Is there a limit on the number of Featured Moments?

The full list can display multiple featured users at the same time, with no fixed quantity limit.
